FBI: ?Speed Racer? bank robber isn?t man arrested

The man arrested Wednesday for allegedly robbing an Ellicott City bank is not the suspect the FBI has dubbed “Speed Racer.”

“That was our initial impression,” said Special Agent Michelle Crnkovich of the FBI Baltimore Field Office Friday, of the suspect, Luvine Arthur Summers, of Reisterstown.
