HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Gov. Dannel P. Malloy assured representatives of the insurance industry Tuesday they have a partner in Connecticut.

The Democrat appeared in Washington before the National Association of Insurance Commissioners for the group’s annual international insurance forum.
