Weekly Examiner: ‘The entire world is appalled’

On Tuesday, video was released by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) showing one of their men beheading American journalist James Foley. Foley went missing in Syria in November 2012 and hadn’t been seen since.

President Obama addressed the nation, saying, “The entire world is appalled by the brutal murder of Jim Foley.”
