ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — A Tampa Bay area man has been charged with attempted first-degree murder after authorities say he stabbed his 70-year-old grandmother in an attack he had been planning for days.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office reports that 23-year-old Joseph Richard Levan was arrested Monday.
