WATCH: 10-year-old recites entire Constitution from memory

Nobody can celebrate Constitution Day quite like Nathan Bond, a 10-year-old who can recite the entire Constitution from memory.

The Fresno, Calif., student told CNN he wants to be president one day, and this monumental task is just the first step on his journey to the White House.

“It was pretty hard,” Bond said. “I didn’t get one break except on my birthday. The first article [of the Constitution] is really hard.”

Bond is home-schooled and, according to CNN, worked up to four hours a day with his mother, Heidi, who would break up the Constitution into 40-word pieces that her son could memorize.

“He has a mind like no other I’ve ever seen,” Heidi said. “He’s a genius. He can memorize anything within seconds.”

Heidi even had Nathan working on this patriotic project during their family vacations. “Our philosophy is work hard, play hard,” she said.

There’s also video evidence of Nathan reciting the Declaration of Independence and the periodic table of elements without any prompting.
