Jimmy Kimmel premiered another edition of “Lie Witness News” on his show Tuesday, and this time he appealed to holiday season shoppers by spotlighting the new limited edition nail polish released by famous shoe designer Christian Louboutin and (over)priced at $675.
A member of Kimmel’s crew duped shoppers on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills by swapping the designer nail lacquer out for a $5 red polish purchased at your average drug store.
While one woman described the nail polish as “more classy” than any found at CVS or Walgreens, another exclaimed, “Oh my gosh, I feel like I’m wearing shoes on my nails!”
Perhaps the best answer came from who appeared to be two young pageant queens.
