GEORGETOWN, Texas (AP) — A Central Texas man convicted of sexually assaulting a child at an in-home day care center must serve 25 years in prison in a sentencing plea deal.
Greg Kelley will serve two 25-year prison sentences concurrently with no chance for parole and has waived his right to appeal.
