Man turns himself in on murder warrant

A 21-year-old Prince George’s County man has been arrested in the shooting death of an acquaintance.

Police said Thomas Everett Chester III turned himself in Monday on an arrest warrant for first-degree murder in the shooting death of Brian Keith Tann, 43, of Landover.
