Mabus, Manning to speak at U.Va. ceremonies

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus will deliver the commencement address at the University of Virginia this weekend.

The university says the former Mississippi governor and ambassador to Saudi Arabia will speak on the Law after the traditional academic procession Sunday morning. Mabus has been Navy secretary since 2009.
