Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump by 2 percentage points, 38.5-36.5, in a four-way race among Arizona voters in a HighGround Public Affairs poll.
Incumbent Republican Sen. John McCain polls ahead of his Democratic challenger, Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick, by 10 percentage points, 45.3-35.3, far outperforming Trump in the Copper State.
The poll results suggest McCain’s decision to withdraw his support for Trump has not hurt him, despite Trump’s personal attacks directed at the senator on Twitter.
The very foul mouthed Sen. John McCain begged for my support during his primary (I gave, he won), then dropped me over locker room remarks!

Clinton is ahead by 5 percentage points in the Phoenix area, while McCain has an 11-point advantage in Maricopa County that encompasses Phoenix.
The HighGround Public Affairs poll interviewed 400 Arizona voters on Friday and had a 4.88 percentage-point margin of error.
