[WATCH] Paul Rudd takes on Jimmy Fallon in lip sync battle

Jimmy Fallon staged the new “Tonight Show’s” first lip sync battle with actor Paul Rudd Tuesday night, carrying over a popular sketch from “Late Night” that featured the likes of Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Rudd’s opening salvo was Tina Turner’s “You Better Be Good to Me,” which the classically trained actor performed with plenty of attitude and flair. Fallon countered with “Juke Box Hero” by Foreigner, doing his best impersonation of the band’s former, animated lead vocalist, dropping to his knees for the soaring chorus.

“You’re not messing around,” Rudd conceded.

Knowing he had to up his game, he fired back with Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now.” And to play off of the song’s title, don’t stop yourself from watching this now, because among the spot-on Freddie Mercury imitation and some clever camerawork, it was Rudd’s mic-drop moment.
