Citizens group blasts secrecy of Dulles rail

The McLean Citizens Association has chastised officials over what it called a “growing atmosphere of secrecy” on the planned Metrorail extension to Dulles.

The influential citizens group passed a resolution Wednesday night attacking the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, which is slated to take over the more than $4 billion extension of Metro, for its claim of exemption from information disclosure laws.
