Roe v. Wade is about to face what some observers believe will be its toughest challenge yet in December, when the Supreme Court hears arguments in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The case challenges a Mississippi law that bans abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. As Doug McKelway reports, the high court arguments will occur as more abortion-seekers are circumventing state abortion restrictions by taking abortion pills delivered by mail.
