The suspect involved in the Thursday shooting at the building of the Capital Gazette newspaper in Maryland has been identified, according to a new report.
Law enforcement officials claim that Jarrod W. Ramos is the suspect, according to the Associated Press. Ramos is in custody and officials said he was being interrogated.

Five people were killed in the shooting in Annapolis, Md., Thursday, while several others were injured.
“There are five fatalities that we know of. There are several other persons that are gravely injured,” acting Police Chief of Anne Arundel County Bill Krampf said during a press conference Thursday afternoon.
Krampf later said that “general threats” were made against the paper and noted that the incident was a “targeted attack on the Capital Gazette.”
