WATCH: House Republicans spoof ‘Arrested Development’

I‘ve made a huge mistake” is what the Obama administration should be thinking after watching House Republicans’ latest video!

The House Republican Conference piggybacked on the fanfare surrounding the return of the acclaimed series “Arrested Development” on Netflix in its latest web video, “Arrested Economic Development.” The video focuses on the Obama administration’s failure with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare, and how it’s only made things worse for Americans. Obamacare is so bad, even members of his own party are now railing against the law, House Republicans contend.

“And now the story of a dysfunctional Democratic majority that’s costing American jobs, and the one president who had no choice but to make it worse,” the voiceover says. “It’s Arrested Economic Development!”

The video features a montage of Democratic politicians boasting about how great the bill is, from House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) infamous exclamation that “we have to pass the bill so you can find out what’s in it” to Vice President Joe Biden calling it a “big f*ing deal,” before sequing into a montage of various reporters and Democrats talking about how Obamacare will hurt the economy.

“The president’s magician alliance was confident that his new healthcare law would lower costs…there’s always money in the banana stand, they thought,” the voiceover says.

And like the original Fox show, the video even features a preview to the next “Arrested Economic Development” video. The tagline: “Joe [Biden] has a squirt gun fight, and then takes a nap.”
