Flash actor Ezra Miller arrested again on assault complaint

The Flash actor Ezra Miller has hit another speed bump with the law.

Law enforcement responded to an incident at a private residence in Pahoa, Hawaii, where Miller became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead and giving her an approximate half-inch cut, officials said. He was arrested at 1:30 a.m. for assault in the second degree after being located on the roadway during a traffic stop, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

Miller was released at 4:05 a.m. pending further investigation, and the victim refused treatment for her injury, police said.

The Fantastic Beasts actor had a temporary restraining order on him filed by a couple dropped on April 12. The couple had accused Miller of bursting into their bedroom in Hilo, Hawaii, and attempting to rob them in the early morning of March 28.

Miller was arrested hours before the incident on March 27 for allegedly screaming obscenities, lunging at a man playing darts, and stealing a microphone from a patron at a karaoke bar in Hilo. He was released after posting a $500 bail.
