Rider Strong, whom you may know from TV’s “Boy Meets World,” was in town this weekend for the DC Shorts Film Festival. Strong wrote and directed and stars in one of the entries, called “Irish Twins,” which is about, well, two Irish twins on the eve of their father’s funeral.
