Anne Arundel police still are looking for a Baltimore City man they consider armed and dangerous after he was shot during an assault.
Michael Jay Francis, 21, was last seen Saturday at 5102 Brookwood Road being forced into the trunk of a stolen car. Police said he was shot by a man they identified as Antonio Moore, 20, also of Baltimore.
