A rally in Iowa that President Trump was scheduled to attend on Thursday has been postponed until further notice.

“Due to an unforeseen change in President Trump’s schedule, we will need to unfortunately postpone the previously scheduled rally in Cedar Rapids on June 1st,” Trump’s campaign said in a statement on its website.

“Stay tuned for information on a rescheduled date early next week. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. President Trump will see you in Iowa very soon,” the statement added.

Trump heads back to the U.S. on Saturday, wrapping up his first overseas trip as president to the Middle East and Europe. His schedule for Thursday has not yet been announced.
