The New York Daily News reports that the cancer-stricken wife of former senator and presidential candidate John Edwards has taken to leaving scathing comments on blogs about his former mistress, Rielle Hunter. Allegedly posting under the pseudonym “Cherubim,” she has been painting Hunter as a “blackmailing gold digger” and has been lofting barbs at former Edwards aide Andrew Young.

Though her publicist has made no comment, a source who claims to know Mrs. Edwards says, “It’s Elizabeth. She’s used ‘cherubim’ as a password. …”
It may be time to change her screen name … preferably one that isn’t your password.
