Trial set for D.C. police officer

The trial of a D.C. police officer accused of nine counts of sexual assault against three women will begin May 14 in D.C. Superior Court.

According to prosecutors, patrol officer Larry Seay assaulted the women  — including one arrested for sexual solicitation — while on duty over the last several years.

The judge ordered Seay to remain under electronic monitoring until his next hearing in November.
