SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Fire officials say a man has died after a 3,500-pound bag of sand fell on him at a San Antonio warehouse.
San Antonio Fire Department spokesman Christian Bove says the accident happened Monday morning and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
