Women’s group: No Trump or no sex

A new advocacy push is urging women, and men, to refuse sex to anybody backing the businessman-turned-candidate.

A group of woman, backed by men supporting them, is urging voters to get behind their “Vote Trump, Get Dumped” campaign, including an online petition and social media movement.

The group calls Trump a “sexist who doesn’t respect women,” and questions if the GOP front-runner is capable of being commander in chief.

“Of course he’s not politically correct. But for them, it’s actually about a lot more than that,” the group said in a statement. “It’s a question of what this indicates about his suitability to govern. Do we really want this man to represent us to the rest of the world? Is Donald Trump really who we are?”

The group’s website encourages visitors to share “delicately-designed indelicate quotes,” set against images of picaresque settings, of Trump disparaging women.

The group also asks women to make a video and change their profile pictures on their social media accounts to include them crossing their fingers or legs.

“Bonus if you paint your nails red and blue,” the site says.

At the bottom of the site, the group said it is considering showing up at an upcoming Trump rally, and asking women to “collectively crossing our legs, or something.”

Trump has received backlash for his history of referring to female critics with insults such as “fat pig” “dog,” “slob,” “disgusting” and “animal.” He has used controversial language to attack celebrities like supermodel Heidi Klum and actress and talk show host Rosie O’Donnell.

In August, Trump said Fox News host Megyn Kelly had “blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever,” during the first Republican debate. Afterwards, he claimed that the comments was nothing more than a reference to her being angry.

“It’s four years of Trump, or four years of sex,” said co-creator of the movement, Chandler Smith. “To cast a vote for Trump is to agree with his sexist, perverted, demeaning, backwards, offensive treatment of women.”

The strategy to block Trump’s path to the nomination is one the group says is a “tried and true method.”

“The grassroots movement is breaking it off with Trump-supporting men (and women). The Greeks did it. Women during the temperance movement did it. Withholding canoodling is a tried and true method of getting men’s attention when they’re being dumb,” the group said.

“If you vote Trump, understand this: No sex. No dates. No chance,” they say. Help us save the United Freaking States of America.”

The group’s Twitter account has over 42,000 followers.
