Donald Trump’s presidential campaign has launched an all-out war against Hillary Clinton’s trustworthiness, debuting a website that will document the former secretary of state’s “10 legendary lies” using videos, graphics and detailed statements.
Trump first announced the new website on Tuesday, 24 hours before he delivered a primer on Clinton’s scandals in a speech at his SoHo hotel and dubbed the presumed Democratic nominee a “world-class liar.”
“Spinning lies and weaving a tapestry of deceit that she hopes will cover the truth. Her despicable scandals and defenses place our country – and Americans like you – in jeopardy,” reads the homepage of LyingCrookedHillary.com.
Visitors were originally directed to submit their phone number in order to receive alerts about the website’s rollout.
But on Thursday, the campaign was up with a fully-developed fundraising platform encouraging supporters to contribute money and highlighting Clinton’s first “legendary lie” – Benghazi.
A 30-second video features soundbites of Clinton claiming the cause of the 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya was an “awful internet video.” Emails later revealed that Clinton told her daughter the night of the attack that an “Al-Qaeda-like group” was likely responsible.
“And to think that she has a shot at being our president. Crooked Hillary Clinton – we can’t let it happen,” Trump says in the video.
The Trump campaign also sent out a text message on Thursday, urging supporters to visit the site so they can learn more “about [Clinton’s] lies.”

In addition to developing the smear site against Clinton, Trump has begun soliciting donations and adding experienced staffers to his team. The billionaire has come under scrutiny in recent weeks for delaying the development of a traditional campaign in the general election.
