President Obama reminded reporters and editors today during his speech to the American Societ of News Editors, that his policy positions were “squarely centrist.”
“As all of you are doing your reporting, I think that its important to remember that the positions that I am taking on the budget and a host of other issues if we had had this discussion 20 years ago or even 15 years ago, they would have been considered as squarely centrist positions,” he said.
