BRIO Tuscan Grill coming to White Flint

The new development North Bethesda Market, home to Montgomery County’s tallest building, is exploding with retail after officially opening this winter. The latest merchant to hop on board is the Brio Tuscan Grill, an Italian restaurant that describes itself as upscale-yet-affordable.

The restaurant is sheduled to open later this summer, according to the property’s developer, JBG, which recently sold the retail/residential complex to Chicago-based Capri Capital Partners LLC for a whopping $200 million. Brio was no doubt attracted to the luxury apartment living the community offers and the people who can afford upscale rents comparable to the priciest parts of the District.

Brio is joining Seasons52, Whole Foods Market, L.A. Fitness and Arhaus Furniture at North Bethesda Market. It would be the third one in the D.C. area and just the second in Maryland.
