Woodbridge man arrested in murder-for-hire plot

A Woodbridge man has been arrested in connection with a murder-for-hire plot, police said.

Michael George Rusinack was taken into custody Saturday and is charged with solicitation to commit capital murder, Prince William County police said Tuesday. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 13.
