Late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel attempted to play matchmaker Tuesday night during his show Jimmy Kimmel Live.
During Kimmel’s opening monologue, he suggested that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, would be perfect for each other.
“I could really see them being very happy together,” Kimmel joked.

Greene’s husband recently filed for divorce from the congresswoman, while Ye’s marriage to Kim Kardashian ended in March.
Kimmel slammed Greene for her right-wing views, calling her a “congressdemon.”
“She’s busy trying to scare voters to the polls,” Kimmel said of Greene. “Klan mom made an appearance at Trump’s rally in Arizona, where she fired up the Magoon squad with her take on the ‘great replacement theory.’”
Kimmel played a video clip of Greene slamming mass illegal immigration under President Joe Biden and saying immigrants are replacing jobs and the culture of the United States, which is “not great for America.”
“It isn’t? Because I kind of think it is,” Kimmel joked after the clip played. “You mean to tell me we could swap the ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ flags and the alcoholic boat parades with something else?”
“We could replace the anti-vax Facebook groups and Proud Boy circle jerks with empanadas and crazy soap operas? I’m OK with that, please,” Kimmel continued. “I think the message is, bring your big hats and your complicated mustaches, your jigs and lederhosen, your fish eyeballs, your Soup Dumplings, from all over the world and replace away.”
Kimmel then suggested that if and when Greene’s divorce is finalized, she should replace her married last name: “We need a good replacing right now. You know, Marjorie Taylor may be dropping the Greene, because her husband filed for divorce. And I’ve gotta say — I think I have the perfect guy for her: His name is Ye.”
Ye made headlines recently, slamming the Black Lives Matter movement and calling it a well-known “scam.”

“Everyone knows Black Lives Matter was a scam,” West wrote on his Instagram stories. “Now it’s over. You’re welcome.”
West’s Instagram post followed the rapper and fashion designer’s display of “White Lives Matter” shirts as part of his newest collection, shown at his “Yeezy Season 9” show during fashion week in Paris.
