It could be the end of an era for the voice of the NFL and MLB on Fox Sports.
Joe Buck is rumored to be leaving the network for ESPN’s Monday Night Football to reunite with his longtime broadcast partner, Troy Aikman.
Buck, 52, would be exiting his latest yearlong contract with Fox for a reported five-year $60 million-$75 million contract with ESPN.
He has called 23 World Series and six Super Bowls throughout his nearly 30-year broadcasting career.
In 2020, Buck received a broadcasting award from the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Buck’s wife, Michelle, who works for ESPN, unofficially confirmed the news.
Sports reporter Tommy Scibelli lamented the announcement.
“Wow,” Scibelli tweeted Friday. “Not hearing Joe Buck’s voice on FOX for the World Series and big football games just won’t feel right.”
