TORONTO (AP) — Toronto Mayor Rob Ford got a second chance to vote on congratulating Canada’s Olympic and Paralympic athletes. This time, he voted yes.

A day after he said he mistakenly cast the sole “no” vote on the measure, the City Council allowed him to vote again.
