Prince George’s County police on Friday arrested 19-year-old Joshua Barlow for the murder of Latoya Debina Hall in Temple Hills.
Hall, 30, of the 2400 block of Fort Drive in Suitland, Md., was found dead in a vacant apartment on the 4000 block of 28th Ave. in Temple Hills on Wednesday.
Barlow, who lives on the same block on which Hall was found murdered, was charged with first degree murder.
Police said they believe Barlow’s motive was robbery.
