ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Domino’s Pizza Inc. has promoted Richard Allison to president of its international division.
Allison, 47, previously served as executive vice president of the international unit, according to CapitalIQ.
The pizza delivery company also announced on Tuesday that Russell Weiner has been named president of its U.S. division. The 46-year-old Weiner previously served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer, according to CapitalIQ.
Chief Financial Officer Michael Lawton, 55, is taking on the additional responsibilities of Domino’s supply chain unit.
Allison, Weiner and Lawton will continue to report to President and CEO J. Patrick Doyle.
Domino’s also reported its third-quarter results, posting a profit of 63 cents per share on revenue of $446.6 million. Analysts polled by Zacks Investment Research expected a profit of 61 cents per share on revenue of $436.2 million.
Domino’s is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Its stock rose $2.28, or 3 percent, to $75.72 in premarket trading about 90 minutes before the market opens.
