ORIGINAL POST, 11:51 a.m.: Prince George’s County police are investigating the death of a man who was found slain late Friday in Fort Washington.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting on the 11100 block of John Paul Jones Avenue shortly before 11 p.m., said Cpl. Larry Johnson, a police spokesman.
He said officers found an adult man wounded in the street. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
He hasn’t been identified, Johnson said. Johnson said police are still seeking suspects and a motive in the case.
