Hillary video features gay marriage, trash-eating dog

In announcing her second try for the presidency, Hillary Rodham Clinton has released an upbeat sounding video that compares her decision about “getting ready to do something” to the simple goals of other Americans, including growing tomatoes, finding a job, same sex marriage and stopping a dog from eating the trash.

“I’m getting married this summer to someone I really care about,” says an announcer while the video shows two men holding hands in the video titled “Getting Started.”

“We’ll we’ve been doing a lot of home renovations,” adds a woman shown in her home. Her boyfriend or husband adds, “but most importantly we really just want to teach our dog to quit eating the trash.”

On YouTube, the description of her announcement video reads: “Hillary’s running for president because everyday Americans need a champion—and she wants to be that champion.”

The video ends with Clinton saying, “I’m getting ready to do something too. I’m running for president.”
