Some serious Tea Party coverage in The New Yorker

I spent the morning at a presser by the Tea Party Patriots, whom you could probably call the national cat-herders of the resurgent conservative movement. A bit more on that later.

But immediately after I left, twitter Ben Smith of Politico alerted me to this essay on the Tea Party movement in The New Yorker. And seriously — if you’re tired of seeing stereotypes repeated and derisive coverage of “teabagging,” then this piece is for you.
