The summit between President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is still weeks away, but the White House has already minted a special coin to commemorate the historic meeting.
The presidential travel coin depicts Trump face-to-face with the “supreme leader” under a banner saying “peace talks” with each country’s flag as a backdrop, according to photos posted by news outlets on Twitter Monday.

Trump is scheduled to meet with Kim in Singapore on June 12, but the summit was thrown into uncertainty last week when the North cut off communications with the South over a U.S. training exercise and indicated it would not give up its nuclear weapons.
The White House has a long history of minting commemorative coins, including the president’s newly redesigned coin, which are given out to visiting dignitaries and others.
The new Kim coin was part of a run of 250 made by the White House Communications Agency, according to NBC News.
