Paul mocks other candidates with Festivus ‘Airing of Grievances’

Sen. Rand Paul celebrated Festivus Wednesday by tweeting out his annual Airing of Grievences, which included humorous anecdotes, along with some slights, about some of his 2016 opponents.

Included in some of Paul’s grievences were, naturally, Donald Trump, Dr. Ben Carson, and Ted Cruz, along with many of his other 2016 opponents.

The Kentucky senator promised to air some more grievences at those in Washington later on in the day.

Festivus is a reference to the fictional Christmas-replacement holiday from “Seinfeld,” in which Frank Costanza created an annual ritual to sit around an aluminum pole and air grievances. He referred to it as “Festivus for the rest of us.”
