WHO: Former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson WHAT: During the Orlando GOP debate Thursday night, Johnson joked that “next-door neighbor’s two dogs have created more shovel-ready jobs than this current administration.”

WHY IT’S DIM: He stole the line from talk-show host Rush Limbaugh, who had said on the same day, “My dogs have created more shovel-ready work than Obama has just this week alone.”
