NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — A New York man has been sentenced to 11 months in prison after pleading guilty to illegally copying and distributing copyrighted computer software and training materials.
Prosecutors say 36-year-old Dennis Newsome of Beacon, N.Y., also was sentenced to nine months of home confinement and supervised release in Norfolk federal court Monday.
