Trump slams Obama’s Clinton endorsement: ‘He wants four more years of’ himself

Donald Trump reacted to President Obama’s long-awaited endorsement of Hillary Clinton on Thursday, claiming the president is simply looking to control the country himself for four more years.

“Obama just endorsed Crooked Hillary. He wants four more years of Obama — but nobody else does!” Trump tweeted within minutes of the president’s endorsement.

After meeting with Clinton’s opponent Bernie Sanders Thursday morning, Obama released a video declaring his support for the former secretary of state.

“I don’t think there’s ever been someone so qualified to hold this office,” he said of Clinton.

The Republican National Committee echoed Trump on Thursday, tweeting: “Obama has officially endorsed Hillary Clinton to run for his third term.”

“As Obama’s secretary of state, Hillary Clinton put our national security at risk with her illicit email server, which she devised to skirt government transparency laws and obscure her unethical dealings as the nation’s top diplomat,” RNC Chairman Reince Priebus said in a statement.

“I don’t think there’s been a candiadte for this office more unethical and untrustworthy than Hillary Clinton,” Priebus added.
