WATCH: Russian attack jets buzz U.S. destroyer — In April, the Pentagon called a Russian intercept "erratic and aggressive" when a warplane flew within 50 feet of an American aircraft.

The destroyer Donald Cook was operating in the Baltic Sea when the Russian flights occurred.
