Jared Kushner sister-in-law Karlie Kloss won’t vote for Trump in 2020

Model and Project Runway host Karlie Kloss won’t be supporting President Trump in the 2020 election despite her familial ties.

“I’m sure I’m not the only person in this country who does not necessarily agree with their family on politics,” Kloss told Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen on Thursday. “I voted as a Democrat in 2016, and I plan to do the same in 2020.”

Kloss, 27, married 34-year-old Josh Kushner, the younger brother of Ivanka Trump’s husband Jared Kushner, in 2018. The model said last year that her connection to Trump through marriage has “been hard.”

“But I choose to focus on the values that I share with my husband, and those are the same liberal values that I was raised with and that have guided me throughout my life,” she said.

Kloss openly supported Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in 2016, and Josh Kushner reportedly did not vote for Trump in the last presidential election.

The couple attended the Women’s March in Washington in 2017 and the March for Our Lives rally for gun control in 2018. Kloss also supports Planned Parenthood.
