It’s gray and rainy in Washington, so Obama must be golfing

President Obama didn’t let a dreary day stop him from hitting the links Saturday.

With the temperature 48 degrees Fahrenheit in Washington, the sky gray and the ground wet from rain, Obama hit the links at an Andrews Air Force base golf course in outside Washington.

It is the first time Obama has golfed since his return from a family vacation to Hawaii.

According to a White House pool report, Obama was joined by Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon of ESPN’s “Pardon the Interruption,” along with White House aide Joe Paulsen.

Obama has faced criticism while in office for golfing during during various in the midst of various crises, but he has kept up a schedule of playing most weekend days when the weather permits, and some when it arguably does not.
