President Trump will speak at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington later this week.
Matt Schlapp, the chairman of the American Conservative Union, announced the “history-making moment” via Twitter on Monday.

Trump has spoken at the event in previous years, but skipped the 2015 conference because it was held in the midst of the GOP presidential primary.
Vice President Mike Pence, White House chief of staff Reince Priebus and White House strategist Stephen Bannon will also appear at the event.
