It’s a good time to be a Bill Belichick disciple.
Eric Mangini will remain the Browns coach after leading the team to four straight victories to end the season.
After being run out of South Bend, Charlie Weis has found a home as the offensive coordinator with the Chiefs. And Romeo Crennel is also expected to join the Kansas City coaching staff.

Mangini, Weis and Crennel are a combined 87-103 in head coaching endeavors after leaving the comfort of Belichick’s staff.
The 2010 season will be pressure-filled for these former Patriots coordinators. Weis, and likely Crennel, will return to the role in which they had success. But will they ever flourish without Belichick as their boss?
