BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) — A mob’s killing of a man who stole a purse in Argentina has been followed by a string of similar attacks as people take justice into their own hands.
Eighteen-year-old David Moreyra was beaten to death last week after grabbing a purse from a woman in Rosario, 190 miles north of Buenos Aires.
