SAN DIEGO (Legal Newsline) – US Airways has been sued over allegations it advertised certain prices for its airline tickets online but did not honor the prices.
Schuyler Hoffman filed the lawsuit June 1 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against US Airways, alleging the ticket prices online were made “incompletable” after he tried to purchase the tickets.
