Andre Andrew Dougal sticks out in a crowd, but U.S. Marshals deputies are having trouble finding him.
Law enforcement authorities are asking the public for information to get Dougal back under the supervision he needs.

“Dougal should stand out to Examiner readers as he is a large man, missing his right eye and has a large scar on his forehead,” said Supervisory Inspector Matt Burke of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force.
The 36-year-old is wanted on two warrants in Maryland and the District. He’s wanted in D.C. for violating the terms of his federal parole for distribution of narcotics, and he’s wanted out of Maryland for violating the terms of his probation in a separate drug-dealing conviction. The warrants were issued in April.
Law enforcement officials said Dougal has arrests for resisting arrest, theft, false statements, solicitation of prostitution and assault in D.C., Maryland and California.
Dougal, who also goes by the name “Dre,” is listed as 6-foot-1 and weighing 300 pounds.
He has worked as a mover in the past and has lived in the Hyattsville area as well as Northwest Washington.
Investigators believe he is still living somewhere in the Maryland/DC area.

Since 2008, federal authorities have credited readers of The Washington Examiner with the capture of 42 fugitives, including murderers, kidnappers, child sex offenders, rapists and scam artists.
At least eight captured fugitives were convicted killers or wanted on a homicide charge.
Last month, a reader’s tip led directly to the arrest of a fugitive sex offender who impregnated a 14-year-old when he was 31.
The Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force, run by the U.S. Marshals Service, is composed of 30 federal, state and local agencies from Baltimore to Norfolk.
The unit has captured more than 33,000 fugitives since its creation in 2004.
