Montgomery County police arrested a man who they said had been running around parks wearing nothing but his sneakers. Matthew Goldman, 23, of Derwood, was charged with two counts of indecent exposure after two female joggers encountered a naked male runner in Olney. The women went into a nearby home and called police. When they stepped outside again, the man reappeared, mooned them and hopped into a silver car. Police said Goldberg was spotted earlier running naked in the Rock Creek Preserve bike trail in Olney by a mother and daughter on bicycles. – Scott McCabe
