Just when we thought the Duchess would be taking over town, paparazzi and all, we get this little note from the American Library Association.
Sarah Ferguson is not coming through.
“The Duchess greatly regrets that she will be unable to appear in person at the conference but hopes that the books will speak for themselves,” Leigh Ann Ambrosi of Sterling Children’s Books said in a statement.
But why is she ditching an opportunity to promote her series of children’s books Sunday?
